GENERAL INFORMATION:
Local IT Team Interested in an Internship in Ghimbav for Hardware & Software Support.
Our local IT team, based in Ghimbav, is interested in an internship focused on hardware and software support. We are a young and motivated team with a solid knowledge base, directly involved in the integration of new technologies and systems, and continuously looking to develop our skills.
YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Providing support for end users and production area
Client Configuration Management and Troubleshooting
Develop and update the data base.
Incident Management Tasks
- Providing support for local software application development
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
On going University degree in the field of: Technical University/ Engineering;
Able to work a 6 or 8 hour program;
- Basic network knowledge & scripts
English knowledge – advanced (written and spoken);
O365( PowerBi, Power Automate, SharePoint)
- General programming knowledge of C#, MySQL, Java and Pyhton is a plus;
