You can join our 3-month internship for hands-on experience shaping our culture and visibility.
What you’ll learn & do:
- Assist with recruitment (job postings, CV screening, scheduling).
- Support onboarding/offboarding and HR records.
- Help with internal events.
- Contribute to employer branding content (LinkedIn, Instagram) and campaigns.

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Student/recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Communication, Marketing, or related.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both Romanian and English.
- Creative, detail oriented.
- Passion for people and employer branding.
- Basic editing skills (Canva/ CapCut).
- Social media skills are a plus.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
