- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
- Ability to prepare clear and professional presentations.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Good negotiation skills or willingness to develop them.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Procurement Activities:
- Assist with the procurement process, including vendor selection and negotiations.
- Take a lead for e-catalogues implementation into SAP ( create items, match plant and items, update purchase info records, etc )
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in data analysis and preparation of procurement reports and presentations.
Supplier Communication:
- Communicate with suppliers to gather quotes, follow up on orders, and resolve issues.
Purchase Order Management:
- Support the creation and management of purchase orders and follow up delivery schedules.
Market Research:
- Assist in market research to identify potential suppliers and better understand market trends.
