Responsabilities
- Led specific small projects within Manufacturing Engineering department.
- Work with Senior Engineer to create or revise process flow charts.
- Collect production data (cycle time, scrap, downtime, output).
- Summarize and visualize data in Excel / Power BIPerform basic trend analyses (Pareto, root-cause indicators).
- Support 5S activities (checklists, audits, documentation).
- Prepare materials for Kaizen workshops.
- Time studies (measure and document cycle times).
- Assist in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) activities.
- Prepare technical presentations and reports.
- Gather data for PFMEA / FMEA.
- Support in preparing installation or validation checklists.
- Execute simple tests under engineer supervision.
- Make simple model updatesPrepare files for 3D printing.
- Help prepare training materials for operators.
- Attend daily/weekly meetings and take notes.
- Data analysis (scrap, downtime, output)Documentation updates.
- Preparing reports and presentations.
- Research on best practices or new manufacturing technologies.
Requirements
- Final-year Bachelor or Master student in a relevant engineering field (Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.).
- Valid driving license.
- English language skills – intermediate or above.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Available for a 6‑month fixed-term contract.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
