The Mission
At AirportLabs, we build data-driven products used by airports and ground handlers worldwide.
During this 8-week program, you will learn how to analyze operational problems, structure requirements, and support the development of aviation technology products. You will work alongside experienced Business Analysts and Product professionals in a real product environment.
This role does not involve coding, but it requires strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and attention to detail.
What You Will Learn:
- How to understand client needs and contribute to product discovery
- How to structure business requirements
- How to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- How to map business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- How to validate implemented features against requirements
- How to use tools such as Jira and Figma in a professional product environment
- How to collaborate in a cross-functional Agile team
Who You Are:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or a professional with a technical background looking to transition into a Business Analyst role.
- A Solution Seeker: You donāt just see a change; you think about how the process could be better.
- A Bridge-Builder: You communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
