- Monitoring & Operations: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Alerts, Dashboards
- Security basics: Azure Policy, Tags & governance, Secure defaults
- Cost awareness: Budgets, Cost alerts
- AI: AI-assisted script generation and explanation (PowerShell, Bash, Terraform), AI-assisted Troubleshooting
