Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative and operational activities within the department;
- Help maintain and update customer, vendor, and material data in internal systems;
- Assist with invoice processing and ensure information is accurate and complete;
- Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to solve basic invoice or data-related issues;
- Ensure data is handled according to internal quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Hands-on mentality coupled with a ‘can-do’ attitude;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong communication skills, as well as team spirit;
- Enjoying working in an international and diverse environment.
- Fluency in English and German.
