Working Student – Project Management (f/m/d)

Porsche Engineering Romania is currently looking for a self-motivated and flexible Working student to join the team in Cluj-Napoca/Timisoara, Romania.
As a Project Management Assistant, you will work closely with Project Managers and Senior Manager from different locations.
- You will create and manage project requests in dedicated tools and coordinate collaboration with other sites
- You will create requests for external services and change orders using allocated tools
- You will manage and archive project proposals and set up project structures in the Project Management Tool
- You will maintain the project overview, track project order status, and perform cost tracking and forecasting activities
- You will prepare approval documentation for project acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Project Leader
- You will support monthly project status reporting and create productivity dashboards and hour reports based on SAP extracts
Qualifications
- Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Information Technology or an equivalent field
- You have basic knowledge of Project Management activities: Planning, Budget Control, Setup Project Structure
- You have good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, VB Script, Java
- You speak English fluently and German language is considered a plus
- You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials
