In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
- Financial and Operational activities: assist the team with reports creation, review, processes documentation
- On/offboarding activities: initiate and review on and offboarding tasks, assist in project documentation creation, review and update; track orders and tasks throughout their life cycle
- Adapt to new project requirements and needs; adjust tasks, processes and templates accordingly;
- Reporting activity to project management and sales representatives about the status of their sub-projects and project requests (on/offboarding requests, pending tasks, VDIs requests etc); assist the management team to keep the project on track, according to the milestones agreed with the client
- Manage calls and meeting related to project status, objectives and changes;
- Assist project team members and offer support with specific requests.
About the role:
The internship program is offered for a fixed period of 3 months, with the possibility of extending the collaboration based on performance and business needs.

- Previous experience on a similar project management position is useful and valued
