WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- High motivation to develop in the HR area
- Good knowledge of English or German

- Genuine interest in working with creative platforms, for example, Canva, video editing, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Management of the candidate database (including verification and pre-selection of applications)
- Organizing interviews and business meetings
- Placing job advertisements on job boards and social networks
- Supporting the HR Manager in daily tasks and administrative work
- Preparation of reports, statements, presentations
- Creating local content creation (eg employee-generated videos, testimonials, visuals for social media), participating with your team in adapting campaigns and relevant content for different segments.
- Supporting employer branding activities through organizing events like career fairs & high school presentations
- Organization and settlement of business trips
