Your Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to recruiting processes;
- Conduct interviews for entry level positions;
- Maintain information in recruiting tools and internal databases;
- Schedule phone screenings and interviews with the selected candidates;
- Ensure candidate experience through constant communication & feedback;
- Provide support for actively sourcing various positions;
- Keep up engagement through various Career Fairs & student projects;
Your Qualifications
- Active student (your enrollment in Business Administration or Psychology, would be a plus);
- Microsoft Office know-how;
- English proficiency (both written and spoken);
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Organizational abilities & flexibility;
- People oriented and being the go-to person for every inquiry;
