Your Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Technical Project Management & Platform Management activities with:
- Develop & fine tune available concept for agile target tracking and KPI reporting for customer project;
- Define, plan and drive project management workshops, take meeting minutes and ensure implementation of agreements and follow up;
- Set-up internal project reporting template (e.g. for budget tracking) and deadlines for tracking the status with the key stakeholder;
- Organize hand over of concept and lessons learned to other projects/locations;
- Responsible to organize and keep up to date manager’s calendar, schedules meetings and conference calls with clients, business partners and internal personnel;
- Responsible to prepare complex correspondence, reports from rough drafts, edit changes to ensure completeness and accuracy;
- Creating overview of existent Platform solutions through Microsoft PowerBi & Microsoft App.;
- Automatizing processes through Microsoft PowerAutomate.
Your Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an academic degree;
- Core proeficient level in using Microsoft Office tools in general;
- Expert proeficient level in using Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, PowerAutomate in particular;
- Advanced English communication skills.
