Internship – Visual Content Developer

As a Working Student at Nokia on the Product Knowledge and Delivery team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a hybrid team focused on delivering customer user documentation and product web-based training for our Cloud RAN and Classical RAN hardware and Network Management products.
Our team greatly contributes to the success of the company by ensuring that our customers have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively utilize our products.
In this role, you will have the chance to work with large language models, gaining practical experience in telecommunications engineering, technical communication, and HW and SW testing.
For this internship you will expand your knowledge and use Power BI for developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to enhance your skills in data analysis, visualization, and dashboard creation while contributing to real-world projects.
As an additional objective, you will also assist in producing engaging video tutorials and creating visually appealing documentation to support user training and knowledge development.
Ideal candidates should have a passion for data storytelling, a creative mindset for content creation, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Optional Portfolio: You may also include links or files showcasing other creative work (videos, writing, design, etc.)
Your responsibilities
- Evaluate and select appropriate solutions from predefined options to address standard technical problems
- Collaborate with users and developers of web-based training and customer documentation to support input collection and validation
- Review project deliverables from both usability and technical perspectives, and assist in implementing feedback
- Follow stakeholder project plans and schedules, contributing to progress while supporting team goals
Your skills and experience
Must have:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technologies, Communication Sciences, or Digital Media
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Genuine interest in AI applications and emerging technology trends
- Develop video content in the form of tutorials and communication materials for e-learning modules and informative podcasts.
Nice to have:
- Interest or coursework in AI, machine learning, or data science topics (like Power BI)
- Experience working on collaborative university projects or student research involving technology or communications
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset for identifying improvements in content or processes
