Main Responsibilities:
- Support in month‑end activities: preparation of reconciliations, validation of financial data, and assisting with basic reporting tasks
- Process documentation and optimization: helping update existing SOPs, documenting workflows
- Vendor and invoice management assistance: supporting invoice entry, validations, and follow-up activities under close supervision
- Ad-hoc analysis: assisting the team with data extraction and basic financial analysis for external/internal requests
