Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Intern – 1 year!
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure accuracy in data manipulation and processing
- Maintain a clear understanding of the process
- Perform reconciliation activities
- Respond promptly to internal and external queries
- Process and monitor vendor documentation
- Set up new vendors for payment processing
- Execute special tasks and projects as needed
- Maintain and secure financial documentation and records
- Respond to company requests (training, surveys, forms, etc.) in a timely and thorough manner without reminders
What We Need:
- Studies: Bachelor’s Degree or current student
- Language: Fluent in English
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel medium) and Internet usage
