💰Compensation details: for this role the monthly salary is 10.000 RON Gross. On top of this, you will receive a pro-rated (per worked month) 13th annual salary and vacation bonus.

During your internship (3-6 months) you will be provided with an onboarding plan and a coach to enable you to succeed. You will also have access to experienced colleagues for mentoring and coaching.

Your role:

As AI Developer Intern, you will support the AI engineering team in developing and deploying AI solutions. This role assists in assessing ‘Jobs To Be Done’ (JTBD) within artwork production to identify AI opportunities and contributes to discussions on redesigning workflows to be AI-native.

Job Qualifications

We’re looking for:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: a first exposure to programming languages such as Python or similar.
• Project Experience: a previous experience in working on AI or machine learning projects, either academic or professional.
• AI and ML Knowledge: Understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, GenAI, Agentic frameworks and AI principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Curiosity and Initiative: A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and explore new technologies.
