Business Development Intern (Sales Training & Career Growth)
Location: Tauti – easily accessible from Floresti, Cluj-Napoca
Schedule: Full-time, 09:00 – 18:00
Work format: On-site during training, hybrid afterwards
Duration: 3 months
Compensation: Paid internship (base salary + performance-based commissions)
Successful interns can transition into a full-time Business Developer role.
About the Role
If you want to learn how companies actually win clients, negotiate deals, and grow revenue, this internship will teach you exactly that.
You will join a small, experienced team working in international recruitment and talent solutions and get hands-on exposure to real business development activities.
This is not a coffee-running internship. You will learn practical sales, communication, and negotiation skills that most universities never teach.
What You Will Do
- research companies and identify potential clients
- prepare and send outreach messages or offers
- conduct warm and cold outreach calls
- speak with managers and decision makers
- support negotiations and follow-ups
- organize client information and update CRM systems
