Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and commercial mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Minimum B2 level of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position (nice to have)
Your daily tasks
- Support the Buyer in developing and maintaining an attractive product portfolio within the toys products category
- Manage day-to-day relationships with stores and suppliers, ensuring prompt resolution of operational issues such as reception discrepancies, missing invoices, damaged products, stock availability and communication of commercial or operational actions
- Participate in supplier selection, commercial offer development and monitoring of supplier contracts and related documentation
- Create and maintain supplier and product databases, prepare purchase orders, support sales and purchasing analysis
- Cooperate with the Supply Chain Department to monitor stock levels and product availability
- Support the implementation of promotional activities, including catalogues, promotions and clearance campaigns, while monitoring market trends and supporting commercial analysis for the assigned category
