Internship Customer Service
Responsibilities
- Have direct customer contact for specific queries and requests;
- Check and update customer master data;
- Enter customer orders into SAP;
- Shadowing within the team;
- Calculate prices and issue offers to end customers;
- Understand and give feedback regarding O2C process.
Qualifications
- Finished or ongoing university studies in an economical field or similar;
- Hands-on mentality coupled with a ‘can-do’ attitude;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluency in English and German language;
- Strong communication skills, as well as team spirit;
- Enjoying working in an international and diverse environment.
