Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.
This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Mioveni , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What we’re looking for
Student or recent graduate, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new things
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Organized and detail-oriented
Good English skills (written and spoken)
What will you do
Get hands-on experience with our support every step of the way
Help prepare and organize project milestones
Be involved in workshops and support exciting challenge activities
Contribute to creating training materials, sending invites, and tracking participation
Support day-to-day business project management activities
Create PowerPoint presentations and capture meeting highlights
Take part in reporting activities and track KPIs for key processes
