We are looking for students or recent graduates to join a 6-week, paid internship program focused on customer support and energy profiling. The internship starts on September 15 and takes place on-site at our Cluj office.

What you’ll do
- Speak directly with enrolled potential clients to assess their energy profiles (solar panels, inverters, batteries, etc.)
- Handle inbound calls triggered by app alerts and collect key technical data
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally
- Work with technical teams to escalate findings and qualify customer needs
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and next steps
What we’re looking for
- Strong verbal communication skills
- A calm, solution-focused attitude
- Comfortable working in English
- Availability for a 3-shift schedule (including evenings/weekends)
- Previous experience in sales is a plus
- Interest in the energy or tech space bonus points if you know what an inverter is 😉
