Future Openings Internship – HR Operations
Job Description Employee Service Care local team is responsible for employment lifecycle support for Romania related activities within HR (PO) such as employment, HR data maintenance and benefits.
Duration: Part-time: 6h/day – in an initial phase 3 months with the possibility of contract extension
Location: On-site in Timisoara, Romania
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
Within Care area you will manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs and carry out activities in the following areas:
- Administrative management of employees’ files
- Exit management documentation support (mainly follow up on exit documents provision and archiving)
- Administrative tasks support of benefits processes
- General document archiving/digitalization
Key Skills And Experience
Your skills:
- Currently a candidate for a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Economics or a related field with an accredited school in Romania.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a high level of motivation, self-organization and a result- and quality-oriented approach to work
- Good written and oral communication in Romanian and English languages and being comfortable working in a multicultural environment
