GENERAL INFORMATION:
We are looking for a Student to help us regarding various IT activities within our IT Department. You will be a part of an international team and will have a mentor that will offer you support and guidance for your day-to-day activities.
YOUR KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Supporting IT projects by performing defined tasks
- Adapt to new project requirements and needs; adjust tasks, processes and templates accordingly;
- Support in testing and evaluating IT related tools;
- Collaborate in an agile fashion to improve the Service Management Tools;
- Supporting the roll-out of new projects;
- A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes, and organization.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ongoing studies in one of the following domains: Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication or Administrative Science;
- Experience in Windows/Microsoft Office;
- Certification in Microsoft products, Communication or Planning & Organizing is a plus;
- Low-code or No-code workflow creation knowledge is a plus;
- Experience in customer support is a plus;
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good English communication;
