- Keep our candidate database neat & updated;
- Be the voice of Catalyst at our events;
- Team up on promo campaigns to bring candidates on board.
What we’re looking for:
- A student/graduate curious about HR, recruitment & employer branding;
- Strong communication & storytelling skills (you enjoy writing DMs & posts ✍️);
- Organized, proactive, not afraid to juggle tasks;
- Experience in NGOs, volunteering, or social projects = big plus.
