Your Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and modification of mechanical designs for Electrification Projects as DC-DC Converter and High Voltage Distribution Box by using appropriate techniques such as design, calculation, CAD modelling, tolerance calculation, drawings creation.
- Performing the assigned tasks at the requested level of quality and time-frame, being able to handle customers’ feedback and proactively contribute to improve the quality of deliverables.
- Modelling in 3D and creating drawings by using Creo & PDM tool, performing tolerance calculations in order to validate the design.
- support for tear-down of the teste samples
A mentor will support you through the entire period in order to familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Your Qualifications:
- 4th year bachelor degree student or 1st year master degree student in a relevant discipline (i.e. Mechanics / Mechatronics / Machine manufacturing);
- Good theoretical knowledge on relevant engineering disciplines (e.g. technical drawing, tolerance and dimensional control, mechanical assembly components, materials technology and strength, etc.);
- Good knowledge of manufacturing technologies (die casting, injection molding, stamping, milling, turning/lathing, etc.).
- Solid skills in using a parametric CAD application (knowledge of Creo Parametric is an advantage);
- English – independent user;
- MS Office suite – independent user
