What you will do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a purpose greater than daily tasks: making energy safer, more sustainable, and closer to people.
We create the context for you to grow, being responsible for:
Support the team in analyzing trends, identifying patterns, and deriving actionable insights from data.
Collaborate with performance management team members to provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
Work with Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization.
Document findings and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Assist in maintaining and updating data models
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from different business units and teams.
Contribute to process improvement efforts
Help maintain data documentation and ensure proper data governance practices are followed.
Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis tasks.
We want you to join our journey with:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Economics, or a related field
Good English command
No prior professional experience required, but any relevant coursework or academic projects related to data analytics will be considered a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with data analysis and statistical tools is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies in the data analytics field.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
