Adecco is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for its client, an Italian industrial group specialized in construction and civil engineering.
Requirements:
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- ✅ Proficient in English
- ✅ Good knowledge of Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- 🔹 Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts
- 🔹 Administer contracts and manage variations/claims
- 🔹 Monitor and report on project costs, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
- 🔹 Support tender preparation, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiations
- 🔹 Provide value engineering input to optimize resources
- 🔹 Manage project changes and finalize accounts at completio
