Who are we looking for?
- Student in final year(s) of study, preferably in Accounting;
- Motivation to develop as a professional in accounting field;
- Basic accounting knowledge (primary accounting is a plus);
- Good communication, organization, and prioritization skills;
- Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively within a team;
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail;
- Basic English skills;
- Proficient in using of MS Office.
What will you do?
- Ensures financial accounting and administrative activities in the Constanta Sales Office;
- Provide support in Accounts Receivable (AR) related processes & activities, ensuring the accurate bookkeeping of the documents issued in the Sales Office;
- Daily reconciliation of Sales Representatives in terms of goods, cash, payment instruments and documents management;
- Administration and archiving of internal documents related to the sales activity and preparation and running of reports specific to the sales activity.

Commitment:
- Full time program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Period: May 1st – September 30th 2026, working hours: 07:30- 16:00
