In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
The internship program is offered for a fixed period of 3 months, with the possibility of extending the collaboration based on performance and business needs.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Student or recent graduate in HR, Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong interest in HR systems and cloud-based applications
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Preferred technical and professional experience
- Preferred candidates with German language and some exposure to HR processes, tools managing HR processes. Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM; exposure to HRIS, ERP, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Basic Excel skills (data analysis, validation).
- Experience with documentation or testing activities.
