Internship Details
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Duration: 6 months full-time (1st July 2027 to 31st December 2027)
Eligibility: Romania-based students enrolled in a:
- Bachelor’s degree program, graduating in 2027
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree program, graduating in 2027 or 2028
Hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite at the office, 2 days remote work from home
Annual Pay: 130.000 RON
The Opportunity
Adobe is seeking dedicated and curious Software Engineer interns to help design, build, and evolve the systems that power our products and platforms.
As an intern, you’ll work in an AI-enabled development environment, where modern tools accelerate how software is built and tested. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and multi-functional partners, including designers and product managers, to contribute to real-world systems while continuing to build your technical and problem-solving skills.

What are we looking for?
- Curiosity and drive: you’re eager to learn, explore new ideas, and contribute to a global, market-leading company.
- Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor’s (graduating in 2027), Master’s, or Ph.D. (graduating in 2027 or 2028) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience is required. Residing in Romania.
- Enthusiastic about programming with a solid grasp of ideas like Data Structures, OOP, Algorithms, and Problem Solving.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, C++, or Python.
- Write high-quality, reliable, testable, and maintainable code using modern engineering practices.
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, and debugging, while learning to validate their outputs for correctness and quality.
- Review and improve code to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations.
- Team collaboration: You enjoy working with others to deliver thoughtful, end-to-end solutions.
- Big picture thinking: You can connect the dots between day-to-day tasks and broader organisational goals.
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between July and December.
What to expect from the recruitment process?
Our selection process typically includes the following stages: a 60-minute online assessment, followed by a 60-minute technical interview with the team, and a 45-minute soft-skills conversation with the Hiring Manager.
