About The Internship This is a structured, hands-on software engineering internship for students and recent graduates who want real-world experience inside modern engineering teams.

You’ll contribute to products used by customers worldwide, collaborate with engineers and product partners, and see how software is designed, built, tested, and deployed in production.

You’ll grow your technical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a supportive, learning-first environment with regular guidance and feedback.

We use modern AI tools across our engineering workflows — from coding support to testing and documentation — and you’ll learn how to use them responsibly and effectively.

You’re not expected to know everything on day one — this is a learning-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Working On During the internship, you’ll gain exposure across different areas of software engineering, including:

  • Contributing to backend services and APIs that power our products
  • Supporting frontend features and improving user-facing experiences
  • Assisting with infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD workflows
  • Writing, testing, and reviewing code alongside experienced engineers
  • Learning how software moves from development to production

You won’t be siloed into just one area — this internship is designed to give you a broader understanding of how modern engineering teams collaborate across the stack.

What We’re Looking For

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or related fields (UBB or UTCN)
  • Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (variables, functions, data structures)
  • Interest in modern software development practices
  • Curious, collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in English
  • Full-time availability for the internship period
  • Comfortable using modern tools (including AI tools) or eager to learn how to use them effectively

Working Model Hybrid, based in Cluj-Napoca, with additional in-person time during onboarding and key team activities.
