You will:
- Learn to find and manage candidates across all the available channels, including sourcing, advertising, job boards, and many more.
- Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to stay in contact with qualified candidates.
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them through the hiring process.
- Follow the candidates through all the hiring process steps, including screening, interviews, and assessments, and guide them to success!
- Develop a strong pipeline to find the right candidates at the right time and maintain an accurate candidate database.
