What will you do?
Provide support in the area of Warehouse
Specific Duties:
- Assist on the floor and support the operational daily business from warehouse to production
- Support of stock accuracy
- Work closely with internal departments (Planning, Production, Quality, Safety, Engineering )
- Contribute to SAP and internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) tasks
- Support investigating materials daily issues
- Monitor the flow of the needed documents in warehouse
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)`s creation and implementation
- Creating reports and keep the team informed about daily results
- Monitoring and implementing new operational processes
- Supporting a safe culture among the team
Who are we looking for?
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (preferably in Logistic Management or related field)
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Proficient in using MS Office;
- English language (intermediate level).

Commitment:
- Full time program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
- Salary (gross): 5500 lei/month
- Period: July 1 – September 30, 2025
- Location: JTI Romania Manufacturing : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
