Your primary responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining microservices using Java and Spring Boot to meet business and technical requirements
Implementing and testing code. Utilize GitLab CI/CD for version control and continuous integration/deployment processes
Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable Java code, adhering to best practices and coding standards
Working within a cross disciplined team, collaborating daily with the Product Owner, Business Users, Functional Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Developers
Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback for fixes and improvements
Participating actively in all project overviews and team meetings
Required Skills and Experience:
Good understanding of object-oriented programming
Understading with Spring Boot and related modules: Spring Data, Spring Security, and Hibernate
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Attention to details and good communication skills in order to capture requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions that drive business improvements
Degree (or in progress) in Computer Science/ Economic studies
Strong English communication skills
