Responsibilities
- Post jobs and find potential candidates on dedicated platforms;
- Review resumes and evaluate initial applications;
- Participate in the interviewing process and maintain candidate communication;
- Help organize internal and external events;
- Assist in implementing employee engagement and culture initiatives;
- Work with the HR team on sourcing strategies and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Student or fresh graduate (Human Resources, Communication, or Business Administration);
- Proactive “can-do” attitude and good communication skills;
- Eager to work in an international and diverse environment;
- Comfortable using MS Office;
- Fluency in English.
