Job Description
- Administrative activities (e.g. recording and tracking data in files);
- Generates and updates specific reports;
- Responsible for creating and verifying orders placed by customers/employees;
- Maintains constant contact with customers by phone or email and fulfills all customer requests;
- Involvement in different projects;
- Overall support in other administrative activities;
Qualifications
- Background in Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field (final year/masters);
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Good English skills (written & spoken);
- Experience with databases, reports;
- Full-time availability (8h/day).
