In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
- The internship program is offered for a fixed period of 3 months, with the possibility of extending the collaboration based on performance and business needs.
- Learn how Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is used to support business processes like Sales and Customer Service
- Help configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications (forms, views, simple workflows)
- Support senior consultants during requirements workshops, testing, and demos
- Assist with data cleanup, basic data migration, and user support
- Learn how business users work in CRM systems and how technology supports them
- Participate in project meetings and Agile ceremonies, learning how delivery teams work in real projects
Required education
Bachelor’s Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
- Interest in business applications, CRM, and digital transformation
- Basic understanding of business processes (Sales, Customer Service, marketing concepts)
- General IT knowledge (how systems, users, and data work together)
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn and ask questions
- No previous Dynamics 365 experience required — training will be provided
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Basic knowledge or coursework related to CRM, ERP, or business systems
- Any exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Interest in low-code / no-code platforms
- Basic understanding of data concepts (records, fields, relationships)
- Customer‑oriented mindset and team collaboration attitude
