Who are we looking for?
- A student or fresh graduate with strong technical skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings (a must);
- High attention to detail and quality focus;
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
- English – intermediate level.
What will you do?
- Support in evaluating communication opportunities at the POS in order to achieve best awareness and visibility for JTI brands;
- Assist in the development and optimization of planograms across different sales channels to ensure effective product visibility and placement;
- Support in Permanent and POS communication materials’ selection and delivery, coordinating implementation with suppliers for new selected KA POS’s;
- Support in POS communication temporary materials’ development and internal alignment process needed for the development and color design approval within the cycle plan;
- Collaborate with internal clients and suppliers in order to ensure that communication materials meet the requested standards versus brands’ briefing, functionality, and quality KPI;
- Support POSM materials planning by calculating required quantities for various development projects;
- Coordinate the process for spare parts consolidation, forecast, price requests, orders and delivery, maintenance operations for JTI’s units;
- Monitor and checking the delivered communication materials’ quality versus requested standards;
- Communicate with field Trade Marketing teams in order to ensure best in-field implementation of communication materials; collecting feedback from the field regarding the implemented materials;
- Identify technical solutions for solving POSM operational problems in the field.

Commitment:
- Full time flexible program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

- Location: mix with work from home
