You support our team as Purchasing Internship with German
Responsibilities
- Enter Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate Supplier Master Data;
- Have direct supplier contact for specific queries and requests;
- Monitor inventory levels, book goods receipts;
- Order monitoring and manage dunning (follow-up) procedures for delays;
- Understand and give feedback regarding P2P process;
- Support the team in daily strategic activities.
Qualifications
- Student or Graduate in Economics, Business, or Logistics;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Strong communication, “can-do” attitude, and attention to detail;
- Eager to work in an international and diverse environment;
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
