Your tasks
Role Purpose
Provide administrative support for documentation activities, communication with partner universities, and the organization of academic events (conferences, workshops), in both Romanian and English.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative support for documentation (RO/EN);
Drafting, editing, and organizing documents;
Communication with universities and international partners;
Logistical coordination for conferences and workshops;
Managing internal databases and file systems;
Supporting the use and implementation of new digital tools.
Work Schedule
4–6 hours/day;
Mostly on-site activity.
Your profile
Required Skills
Advanced/expert level of English.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Photoshop is a plus.
Good communication and organizational abilities;
Strong attention to detail;
Openness to learning new tools (e.g., SAP, AI-based tools);
Currently studying in one of the following areas: Languages / Communication, Economics, Law, Administrative Studies or IT;
Experience in administrative tasks or process optimization is considered an advantage.
